Individual Planning
Each person receives a tailored Integration Plan, co-developed with our team to set realistic, meaningful goals across education, work, wellbeing, and social inclusion.
Life Skills Development
We teach and reinforce daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, travel, communication, and budgeting — building the confidence to manage everyday life.
Education & Employment Links
From language classes to certified training, job coaching to placement support — we create clear pathways to economic participation.
Social & Community Engagement
We encourage participation in local events, sports, volunteering, and peer-led activities — because connection builds resilience and wellbeing.
Health & Mental Wellbeing
