Patrick Flanagan
Patrick Flanagan is the CEO of The EricInvest Group and has been leading innovation in social care services for over 20 years. With over 40 years of international experience in strategic leadership, hospitality, training, and business development. Patrick’s expertise spans operations management, quality assurance, and policy-driven training initiatives, working closely with government agencies and private enterprises. A World Master Chefs Society honouree, he holds degrees from NUI Galway and Carlow IT. He also serves as a director at Fifty Shades Greener, driving sustainability education. Committed to business growth with social impact, Patrick continues to shape the future of social care and accommodation services. Patrick earned a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Training & Education (NUI Galway, 2010) and a master’s in business (Carlow IT, 2019), reinforcing his expertise in business strategy, leadership, and operational management. Patrick is a respected advisor to government agencies, state bodies, and private enterprises. He has designed and delivered accredited training programs for Fáilte Ireland, the Environmental Health Officers Association, and multiple Education & Training Boards, ensuring workforce development aligns with evolving industry and societal needs. His strategic insight in growth, quality assurance, and skills development has been instrumental in shaping policy-driven training initiatives. His ability to balance business growth with social responsibility ensures that the organizations he leads remain resilient, impactful, and future-focused.

Director Of Finance
Saif Mehr
Saif is a highly accomplished Finance & Business Strategy Leader and Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, strategic business planning, and corporate finance across the UK and Ireland. Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation, tax strategy, and business restructuring, strongly focusing on driving growth, compliance, and operational efficiency. As a Certified Chartered Accountant with a master’s in finance and a Professional Diploma in IT Management, Saif brings a unique blend of financial acumen and technological proficiency to enhance business performance. Saifs expertise spans management consulting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, supporting organizations in achieving sustainable growth. A recognised Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute, Saif has successfully led finance transformation projects, M&A transactions, and corporate restructuring initiatives. Saif's leadership experience includes serving as Head of Finance and Consultant for multiple entities, where he played a key role in strategic decision-making, risk management, and optimizing financial operations.

Director Of Operations
Paul Walsh
With over 35 years working Nationally and Internationally in Hospitality, Training, Management Consultancy, Paul has gained a worldwide experience in the management of people and of business. A graduate of DIT, Paul has managed diverse teams in hospitality across 5 continents. Paul has also worked for many years as a trainer and lecturer delivering training in many disciplines to many divesrse groups, from large management teams to small groups wanting to upskill and return to work. Paul believes that at the heart of everything he does is a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves a life of dignity, safety, and opportunity. In a world where too many young lives are shaped by hardship, trauma, or displacement, Paul chooses not to look away—but he chooses to act. Pauls’ work is rooted in social entrepreneurship, not as a concept, but as a calling. It means building real solutions—homes, support networks, transport, care—that lift people up, not just today, but for the long road ahead. It means showing up, again and again, for the children, families, and individuals society too often overlooks.

Shelagh Nangle
Shelagh Nangle serves as Director of Human Resources at The EricInvest Group, bringing over 30 years of talent management and organisational development expertise. With a passion for fostering growth, Shelagh has designed and implemented innovative training programs that have empowered employees across diverse industries. Her career began in the Hospitality sector, where she honed her skills in customer care, business development, curriculum development and employee formation, quickly rising to leadership roles. Before joining EricInvest, she spearheaded HR initiatives at several companies, revamping onboarding processes and establishing a company-wide leadership culture. Shelagh holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Renowned for her strategic vision, she has successfully aligned training efforts with business goals, boosting productivity and employee satisfaction. Shelagh is committed to building a people-centric culture at Attuned Programmes, emphasizing continuous learning and professional development. In her spare time, she loves being a Holistic Practitioner and trainer.

Brian O'Reilly
Brian brings a wealth of experience to the team, with over 30 years working across facilities, fleet, and operational management. From overseeing large property portfolios to managing fleets of more than 400 vehicles, he’s known for finding smart, cost-effective solutions that keep everything running smoothly.

Reception Officer (East Coast)
Aisling Brien
Aisling is an experienced Social Care Worker with over a decade of dedicated service supporting individuals across diverse care settings. She currently works with Oberstown Children’s Detention Campus, where she provides structured support to young people in conflict with the law, helping them engage with educational and rehabilitation programmes. Her career has included key roles with St. Michael’s House and Carmona Services, where she delivered person-centred care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, focusing on social inclusion, personal care, and community integration. Aisling’s background also includes elder care and youth volunteer work, reflecting a lifelong commitment to social wellbeing and empowerment. Aisling holds a Level 7 qualification in Social and Community Studies from Blanchardstown IT and a FETEC Level 5 in Health Science and Pre-Nursing. She brings hands-on experience in intercultural support, safeguarding, and person-led care, underpinned by training in Child Protection, First Aid, and Manual Handling. Passionate about inclusive practice, Aisling continues to volunteer in local youth programmes and Special Olympics initiatives, reinforcing her belief in dignity, respect, and equal opportunity for all.

Luis Gracias
Luis has over 20 years of experience in Ireland, the UK, Europe, USA, and Latin America. He was the Director of Operations in one of the leading Healthcare Organizations in Ireland. He has recently been appointed as Director of Operations at Attuned Programmes Ireland. He has extensive experience in start-ups of Residential Care Centres in the Disabilities and Mental Health services in Ireland. In September 2022, Luis completed an MSc in Health and Social Care at Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland. He also has a Business Administration Diploma and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Luis co-founded a charity and successfully secured funding and project-managed building and installation of the Olympic torch monument in the town of Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro State, to commemorate the Rio 2016 Olympic games.

Attuned Programmes, Head of Service Development & Procurement
Mark McSherry
Mark has worked in a wide variety of established organisations including homeless services, community services and Therapeutic Residential Services for Men, Women and Children. Mark then qualified in counselling from University College Dublin and began supporting children, young adults and their families. Mark went on and studied in HR and Business Development and has a unique ability to develop trauma informed services and has been responsible for setting up and delivering bespoke residential and community-based services nationwide for Children and Adults in collaboration with Tusla and the HSE.

Attuned Programmes, Head of Outreach and Family Support
Aishling O'Connor
Aishling joined Attuned Programmes Ireland in June 2025 as Head of Outreach and Family Support, bringing over 15 years’ experience in social care. Aisling has led teams of up to 50 staff. She has significant experience in managing complex and emergency cases, care planning from assessment stage, compliance, audits, and staff development. Aishling's leadership style is calm, professional, and proactive, with a strong focus on creating safe, supportive environments where both service users and staff can thrive. Aishling holds a Level 8 Degree in Social Policy and a Master’s in Social Policy, Equality and Rights from Maynooth University, as well as a Level 8 Degree in Leadership and Management in Social Care from TU Dublin. "I believe strongly in the power of education, growth, and empowerment for both individuals and team members"

Attuned Programmes, Dual Person in Charge
Jordana Kavanagh
Jordana is a dual Person in Charge of two residential units in Carlow. She is individual with a natural want to support vulnerable people. Jordana has worked extensively in the social care area for many years, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses, to live the lives of their choosing. With a passion for person centred care, Jordana has been involved in running residential services in both front line and managerial positions. Some of Jordana’s achievements have been in developing relationships with both individuals being supported through challenging times in their lives, but also in supporting and mentoring staff teams to ensure that the highest level of service is provided. She believes that everyone has their own abilities and the right to live their lives the way they choose to, and she loves supporting them with this progression.

Attuned Programmes, Clinical Nurse Manager
Elaine O'Neill
Elaine is an Intellectual Disabilities Nurse (RNID). Elaine has worked in the area of Intellectual Disabilities and healthcare on both a voluntary and professional basis for 30+years. Qualifying as an Intellectual Disability Nurse in 2000 and completing her Degree in Nursing (BNS) in 2006. Elaine has worked both in the public and private sectors in intellectual disabilities, social care and mental health services. Elaine aims to promote Individualised care, plans and goals for each individual through assessment and reassessment of needs and by liaising with the Multi-Disciplinary Team, family, and the Individual themselves. Elaine has very good organisational skills and use these to access specialties and supports to promote both the social and medical models required to meet the holistic, health and personal and mental wellbeing of those in her care to ensure that each individual is supported to reach their fullest potential and become as independent as possible. Elaine's role is also as a support to staff teams in developing skills to meet the needs of the individual. Elaine aims to promote a quality and safe service by following the Regulations and Standards as set out by HIQA and the Mental Health Commission.

Attuned Programmes, Operations Manager
Aoife Muldoon
Aoife joined Attuned Programmes Ireland in late 2024. She is highly skilled and motivated, with substantial practical experience as a Health and Social Care Manager. Her experience includes managing services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and ASD and supporting individuals with various disabilities. Aoife holds a level 8 in Applied Social Studies and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health, ASD and intellectual disabilities. Currently, Aoife is the operations manager of our mental health community-based Residences in the Leinster region.

Attuned Programmes Family & Home Support Services Manager
Jonathan Maguire
Jonathan has worked as a social care worker in Aftercare, Children's Residential, and Outreach over the past 8 years. Jonathan progressed up through management within Children's Residential and Aftercare Services before taking on the role of Family & Home Support Services Manager. Jonathan has an innate ability to connect and build relationships with young people and their families and has a proven track record of helping individuals over many years of working and volunteering within the community. Jonathan is passionate about his role as a social care professional. He strives to ensure that every young person and family he supports receives the best level of care and is listened to, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Attuned Programmes Operations Manager
John Roche
John Roche is the Operations Manager at Attuned Programmes Ireland, where he has served since April 2025. With over 14 years of experience in Health and Social Care, John brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to his role, overseeing community-based mental health residences across North Dublin. John’s career spans frontline and managerial roles supporting adults and children with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), mental health challenges, and complex dual diagnoses. He is known for his compassionate approach, strong operational oversight, and commitment to person-centered care. He holds a QQI Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Studies from St. Patrick’s Carlow and a QQI Level 6 in Management. His expertise includes direct engagement with HSE services, preparation for HIQA inspections, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance across residential settings. John is passionate about fostering inclusive environments that empower individuals to thrive within their communities.
